Phil Mickelson is known for his renown short game – it has certainly given us great memories of his game and has given him the reputation as “Phil The Thrill,” however, when the execution isn’t there, his risks can also hurt his chances of winning a tournament.
Phil teed it up this week at the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open to defend his title and also to prepare to defend his Open Championship title next week at Royal Liverpool Golf Club.
