We saw the new offerings within the Nike Golf Versatility Footwear family the other day featuring the Nike Lunar Waverly and Nike Lunar Mont Royal. But they’ve added yet another golf shoe offering – the women’s Lunar Adapt Golf Shoe.
The Nike Golf Lunar Adapt follows the theme of other shoes in the Versatility Footwear family – appropriate on and off the golf course. The shoe features design details such as a sleek, sporty silhouette and pops of bright colour with the modernized Nike waffle tread for superior traction and control. It is made of a premium full-grain waterproof leather upper and full-length Lunar drop-in sockliner for lightweight, responsive cushioning. The crafted, low-profile design allows for incredible ground feel and casual wear while rubber cupsole construction offers superior stability.
“We wanted to create a shoe that women want to wear when they’re playing golf just as much as they want to wear when they’re hanging out with their friends,” says Carl Madore, Nike Golf Innovation Design Lead. “The Lunar Adapt has all the performance technology golfers need, like Integrated Traction and Lunarlon cushioning, within a versatile design that make it great for everyday wear.”
The Nike Golf Women’s Lunar Adapt will be available in Pure Platinum/Hyper Pink- Cool Grey, Light Ash/Hyper Grape-Ivory, and Fuchsia Force/Light Ash-Medium Ash starting July 1, 2014 for a street price of $100.
