Sergio Garcia is playing some good golf these days and almost had his first PGA Tour victory this past weekend at the Travelers Championship if it wasn’t for Kevin Streelman’s birdie barrage at the end of his round! However, Sergio’s season has been very solid, with six top 10 finishes in ten starts. This doesn’t even include his victory at the Commercial Bank Qutar Masters on the European Tour back in January.
Unfortunately for Sergio, he had to withdraw from the European Tour’s flagship event last month, the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth due to a knee injury. But along with reigning US Open Champion Martin Kaymer, Lee Westwood and Matteo Manassero, Golfing World managed to catch up with the Spaniard for a segment of “Walk The Course” and got his thoughts on this year’s Major Championship venues!
