This week, the US Women’s Open Championship is being played at Pinehurst No.2, the same course that hosted the Men’s Championship just a week earlier. Many of the big names are up on the leaderboard, including Michelle Wie, who shares the lead with Amy Yang going into today’s final round! However, what may have stole the show was 11 year old Lucy Li, who has captivated golf fans around the world!
Her entry in the tournament has even other LPGA Tour pros reflecting on what they were doing when they were the same age! Although Lucy shot consecutive 78s at Pinehurst No.2 and did not make the cut at the US Women’s Open, she did not look out of place and golf fans everywhere are certainly going to see her sooner rather than later!
