After six runner up finishes at the US Open, Phil Mickelson returns to where it all began – Pinehurst Resort’s No. 2 course. After his emotional victory last year at The Open Championship, Mickelson is hoping to complete the career grand slam with a US Open victory. This year, the US Open returns to Pinehurst where Payne Stewart had his final hole heroics. He won’t only be playing for himself though – he’ll also be playing for the lucky winner of the Big “Big Bertha” Payday contest!
Pinehurst Resort’s No. 2 Course has been restored to it’s original design with no rough – hear from Phil Mickelsoon as he comes off the 18th green on Monday raving about the Coore and Crenshaw Restoration.
