The flagship event of the European Tour is set to begin this week – the BMW PGA Championship! Last year, Matteo Manassero won the event in a playoff for his fourth professional victory. Since then, Mannasero has joined Team Callaway and hopes to improve on the streak he’s on – winning at least once every year since turning professional!
In the first video above, Golfing World catches up with the defending champion Matteo Manassero, US Open Champion Justin Rose and European Ryder Cup captain Paul McGinely at Wentworth and at Hyde Park ahead of the tournament. At Hyde Park, vintage BMWs were on hand as well as a closest to the pin shoot-out! You can see highlights of that pre-tournament event in the second video above!
