In the first tournament after the Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass, the PGA Tour travels to Dallas, Texas to prepare for the HP Byron Nelson Championship! Defending champion Sang-Moon Bae will tee off with Texas native Jordan Spieth on Thursday at 8:40am ET on the 10th tee. The tournament will be played at TPC Four Seasons Resort, a course where its most unique features are its soft gentle rolls around each of the green surfaces.
Host PGA Tour Professional Paul Earnest explains the different ways that players could play around these greens, including using the Texas wedge, better known as the putter! The Texas wind will also play a factor and combined with the tricky greens, the golf course will play very tough. It looks like the wind has already made its impact felt at the 2014 HP Byron Nelson Championship but let’s hope that there won’t be any delays in the tournament this week!
