During the 2014 PGA Merchandise Show, OGIO previewed their Gotham golf bag collection and this week, they officially released the collection to the public! The bags are named for their matte black finish and Batman’s Gotham City that inspired the collection. It’s not the first time we’ve seen the Dark Knight inspiring the golfing world though!
The Gotham bag collection (stand bag and cart bag) is ultra lightweight and is constructed with a proprietary blend of exotic water, stain repellent fabrics and evolutionary construction techniques – aside from that though, it just looks very sleek! External zippers are reduced to add to the minimalism and sleekness, but not at the expense of functionality. It offers six interior protected pockets for easy access to anything you may need during a golf round and an external, insulated hydration sleeve is also positioned for quick access.
The Gotham bag collection weighs less than four pounds and has all the great features that is expected in OGIO products such as their four point-strap system, a fleece lined GPS/valuables pocket and more. The Gotham stand bag retails for USD $204.99 and the cart bag retails for USD $234.99.
