When golf tournaments are held in China, there are some pretty interesting and extravagant pre-tournament festivities that go on. Most recently, at the Volvo China Open, we saw Ian Poulter and Jason Dufner team up to play Ping Pong against some past world champions. In addition to that, golfer’s also had a chance to take part in the Volvo Putting Challenge.
With a putter connected to an excavator, golfers tried to sink a putt! This definitely required skill and great feel – watch as Henrik Stenson attempts this putt with the “Volvo Putter!” It’s not the first time a golfer has been in an excavator though!
