Mizuno Golf is hosting their second Play Famously campaign this year. For 2014, they’re looking for golfers with inspiring stories to share with the world – we’ve already seen Golf vs. The Past and Golf vs. Limits. In their latest video of “Golf vs.,” Mizuno Golf sits down with Brand Ambassador, Stacy Lewis, as she shares her inspirational story.
Stacy Lewis was diagnosed with scoliosis at a age 11 and playing golf helped her cope with six years in a back brace and even corrective surgery when the brace didn’t work. Her victory over scoliosis was the first of many – she has 10 professional wins including two Major championships (2011 Kraft Nabisco Championship and 2013 Ricoh British Women’s Open). With such accomplishments, she is definitely a role model to many people on and off the golf course – watch the video above and find out more about Stacy’s story.
