The inaugural International Crown for women’s golf takes place from July 21-27, 2014 at Caves Valley Golf Club in Owings Mills, Maryland, just outside of Baltimore. In this first of its kind tournament, 8 teams will compete in the International Crown to become the world’s best golf nation in women’s golf! The 8 countries that will compete in the tournament have been decided, including the home country of Yani Tseng, Chinese Taipei!
Yani Tseng was the former number 1 player in the world for women’s golf. Despite her struggles the last few years, Yani still remains one of the most recognizable figures on the LPGA and the face of women’s golf in Chinese Taipei! As we get closer to the inaugural International Crown, the LPGA takes a look at Yani Tseng and her golfing experience during her upbringing in Chinese Taipei!
