Taylormade has aggressively pushed out their motto this year for their new SLDR driver, Loft Up! It is contradictory to what most golfers are used to and Taylormade put in a lot of effort in educating the masses about the new technology in their flagship driver!
From having the former coach of Tiger Woods, Hank Haney, talk about the SLDR to bringing the Loft Up challenge to Torrey Pines, Taylormade and Loft Up seems everywhere! Although the message is the same, Taylormade also put together a segment that explains the science of Loft Up and why it works.
Recently, Taylormade brought their Loft Up Challenge to their Taylormade Golf Experience in Las Vegas, Nevada. With LPGA star Natalie Gulbis on hand for the challenge, Taylormade invited regular golfers to test and see the benefits of the low-forward CG SLDR. The results are astounding and we can’t wait until we take the Loft Up Challenge ourselves!
