After winning the Northwestern Mutual World Challenge in dramatic fashion last month, Zach Johnson continued his winning ways at Kapalua at the Tournament of Champions and pulled out his first victory in 2014! Despite getting pressured from reigning Rookie of the Year Jordan Speith, Zach kept his cool and as Dave Shedloski tweeted, Zach wedged and putted the field into submission, shooting a final round of 7-under 66!
Zach Johnson now -7 today at Kapalua and 19 under overall. 2-shot lead. Wedging and putting the field into submission. #lotsofwaystowin

Driving the ball a mile may be great for show but as Zach showed us, there are many ways to win a golf tournament and precision with your short game is one of them! With his victory at Kapalua, Zach Johnson becomes the third player since 2007 to have more than 10 PGA Tour victories, including one Major Championship. The other two golfers? Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson. That’s great company indeed and we can’t wait to see if Zach can continue his hot streak in the rest of 2014!
If @ZachJohnsonPGA holds on, he'll become the third player since 2007 with 10+ @PGATOUR wins, 1 being a major. Other 2: Woods & Mickelson.
