Today, you’ll get to hear from Austie Rollinson and Odyssey Director of Marketing, Gerg Sabella, as they talk about the Metal-X Milled Putter in more detail including their precision milling, adjustable weights and Metal-X roll technology with Odyssey Talks, a similar series to Callaway Talks!
The Metal-X Milled putter joins the high-end milled putter market and will be available in six different styles. It is milled from a block of 1020 carbon steel and features the Metal-X Roll Technology with oval depressions in the face to maximize the mechanical lock with golf ball dimples, increasing friction and creating a more controlled and consistent roll. The Adjustable Weight Kit offers golfers 3 sets of customizable weights (10g, 15g and 20g) to fine tune their preferred weight to customize feel based on different playing conditions like green speed. Golfers will be able to change the headweight from 340 grams to 360 grams. The Stabilizing Crossbar, visible from the back of the putter, stiffens the face without adding much weight to stabilize sound and feel. The Metal-X Milled putter will be available for about $300 – $350.
