Westwood on the BMW xDrive Parcours.
Like every golfer, Lee Westwood has experienced highs and lows over the course of his career. However, that is nothing compared to the extreme ups and downs to be found on the BMW xDrive course at the BMW Masters. Just as he does out on the course, the former world number one also showed excellent touch at the wheel of the BMW X3 and had a lot of fun in the process .

BMW has been a strong presence in the golfing world for a long time. From being the main sponsor for the BMW Championship in the FedEx Cup playoffs to this past week’s BMW Masters in Shanghai just to name a few, BMW has been a strong supporter of both the PGA and European Tours! These events also give BMW a wonderful opportunity to showcase their newest products, such as the BMW i3, an electric vehicle made primarily of carbon fiber.
This past week at the BMW Masters in Shanghai, Lee Westwood took the all new BMW X5 for a test drive in BMW’s xDrive course! The course did not seem easy to navigate as at times, not all four wheels were touching the ground. Despite not winning the BMW Masters, as Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano of Spain took home the victory, we are sure Lee Westwood had a great time with the xDrive course.
