Graham DeLaet is a rising star and currently the best Canadian golfer on the PGA Tour. He had a great 2013 season on the PGA Tour, reaching the TOUR Championship by Coca-Cola at East Lake Golf Club and finishing 8th in the FedEx Cup points standings and rising to 32nd in the Official Golf World Rankings. His best finish on the PGA Tour last season was a T2 at the Barclays and won nearly $3 million this year! This strong play allowed him to gain enough points to make the International Team for the 2013 Presidents Cup and even had the number one shot of the entire week of the event!
His strong play even got him invited to play an exhibition match against another “Graham” – he spent a day at Inverness on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia to play at Cabot Links Golf Course against Graeme McDOwell before putting in the preparation for the Presidents Cup. Paul Hunter from CBC The National spent some time with Graham in Arizona as he practiced for the Presidents Cup and also to find out more about Graham DeLaet, the pride of Weyburn, Saskatchewan!
