While the 10th President’s Cup takes place in a few days at Muirfield Village in Dublin, Ohio, preparation for the 2014 Ryder Cup is already underway! US Captain Tom Watson will definitely be keeping a close eye on the US players in the President’s Cup and has planned a sit down with all his players, including Tiger Woods, whom he has denied having a rift with.
On the other side, European Captain Paul McGinley has taken on the course of the 2014 Ryder Cup at The PGA Centenary Course, creation of the Golden Bear, Jack Nicklaus! The European team should have an advantage at this course with local knowledge, given the European Tour event, the Johnnie Walker Championship has been played here for the last 10 years!
However, as Captain Paul McGinley said, a lot of things are still up in the air as both teams are still formulating at the moment! This will be the first time since 1973 and second time in the history of the Ryder Cup that the tournament has returned to the home of golf in Scotland! As seen in the video below, Scotland is getting ready for the 2014 Ryder Cup, are you?
