Adam Scott Golf Feature

Like Henrik Stenson who won the TOUR Championship and FedEx Cup over the weekend, Adam Scott has also had a great year as well! Adam Scott finally broke through his “Major” barrier by winning the 2013 Masters tournament after being a player with so much potential at such a young age. For him, it was definitely a dream come true to finally win a Major and become the first Australian player to win at Augusta. Having Major success so quickly after his meltdown at Royal Lytham during the 2012 Open Championship is definitely something to applaude – with the experience under his belt, Scott still feels he will win The Open Championship one day.

The increased confidence in his game and a lightened schedule also translated into success at other tournaments, most notably his win at the Barclays Championship at Liberty National, the first event of the FedEx Cup Playoffs. Scott would get all the way to the TOUR Championship at East Lake and finished T14 with a score of 3-under par for the tournament. The next event on his mind, as well as many others, will be the upcoming President’s Cup, held at Muirfield Village in two weeks. Team USA is 7-1-1 all time against Team International, a record that Adam Scott and the rest of the International Team hopes to change this year! In the video above, take a look back at all the highs and lows of Adam Scott’s PGA TOUR career so far! Guess Adam Scott is finally starting to “fill out!”
