Hockey players have been hitting up the golf course this summer and stories of their rounds are making their way to the public! Claude Giroux of the Philadelphia Flyers had a freak injury a few weeks ago and the latest story involves Brent Burns of the San Jose Sharks!
During one of Brent’s rounds, he came upon a vicious looking fossil and shared it with his Twitter followers. Brent and his followers eventually concluded that this was the fossil of a wild boar’s lower jaw. Brent also came to the conclusion (after Canadian golfer Graham DeLeat chirped him) that it is much more interesting when you’re a bad golfer and wandering away from the fairway! The golf course has yet to be named though but we wonder what else lies away from the fairways on that course!
Found this on the course… Any ideas what it could be? pic.twitter.com/SQc7QZUdxU

@GrahamDeLaet people don't find crazy things when they are always in the fairway! Way off in the deep stuff it gets interesting!
