This is our third week featuring courses in Newfoundland and Labrador! The previous weeks, we’ve featured the Humber Valley Resort and The Wilds at Salmonier River. This week, we’re heading to Pippy Park Golf Course. This is a 27-hole public golf facility and provides a great view of the city below and miles of rugged coastline. You might even get a glimpse of icebergs and whales while walking the course! The 27 holes are split into an 18-hole championship golf course called Admiral’s Green and a scenic 9-hole course called Captain’s Hill.
Being based in Vancouver, British Columbia on the opposite side of the country, many of the golf courses we’re featuring in the Maritimes are courses we’ve never even imagined before. It just shows how diverse this game is and the variety in courses and conditions that golfers have to deal with in the sport of golf!
