As we mentioned in our recent post, Rory McIlroy had himself a great year in 2012, highlighted by the record 8 stroke victory at the PGA Championship at Kiawah Island! Rory went on to cap off his year by winning back to back events in the PGA Playoffs, winning the Deutsche Bank Championship and the BMW Championship, becoming the first player since Tiger Woods to achieve that feat in 2009! With a total of 4 victories in 2012, Rory won the PGA Tour player of the year honours, the youngest player to win that award since, you guessed it, Tiger Woods! In this weeks Visionworks INsight, PGA Tour catches up with Rory as he prepares for the 95th PGA Championship at Oak Hill and hopes to be playing well at the right time!
