I guess this is how Bubba Watson practices hitting his driver “off the deck!” Take a look at this video of Bubba hitting a drive off the back deck to the backyard of his upstate New York rental house, where a friend of his goes in for the catch. All that practice leads to great shots on the course, like during this tournament in Hawaii a few years back!
