Audemars Piguet hosted a sporting experience a couple of weeks ago after the US Open at Merion with nine members of the Audemars Piguet Golf Ambassador Team. The Audemars Piguet Golf Invitational 2013 was a scramble tournament format which allowed guests to play a challenging round of golf at former US Open host course, Liberty National, in the company of the Audemars Piguet golfing “dream team” comprised of Cristie Kerr, Belen Mozo, Morgan Pressel, Keegan Bradley, Bud Cauley, Darren Clarke, Ian Poulter, Graeme McDowell and Lee Westwood.
Along with some of the world’s best players, Liberty National Golf Course also gave golfers a stunning mile-long waterfront setting with breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline – most notably the Statue of Liberty and the nearly complete, new World Trade Center. The tournament was a chance for the players and the invitees to the tournament to share their enthusiasm for golf and for the Audemars Piguet approach to watch making – two skills that require a blend of passion and precision, technique and artistry – all governed by rigorous discipline. Watch the video above for a recap of the event!
