Before the US Women’s Open, we talked about Inbee Park’s dominant run of golf up until that Major Championship, having won the first two Major Championships of the season and 5 of her 12 starts. Her grasp on that dominance only tightened after she won her third Major in a row at the US Women’s Open, joining Babe Zaharias as the only players in LPGA history to win the first three major championships in the same season. Her eyes are now set on the Ricoh Women’s British Open on August 1 – 4 at the home of golf, the Old Course at St. Andrews, to try and capture a Grand Slam.
