The 2013 season for the University of Washington Huskies’ golf team was shorter than they had hoped. With the end of the season, the collegiate career of senior Chris Williams is also over. He competed in the US Open at Merion Golf Club as an amateur but turned pro the week after at the Travelers Championship! In episode 5 of Everyday from PGA Tour, we take a look into Chris’ first tournament as a professional!
Upon turning professional, Chris signed his first major endorsement deal with Nike. As he said, it’s like Christmas all over again and we bet it felt like that! Aside from being decked out from head to toe in Nike gear, Chris will also be using Nike clubs as he starts his professional career.
