The British Open Championship is just 24 days away! A couple of days ago, we featured the Nick Faldo edition of “Countdown to the Open.” This time, Seve Ballesteros is featured in the “Countdown to the Open” series of videos. He is the winner of three Open Championships and was such a large part of European golf. You can find out more about Seve, the Legend, in the one hour documentary we blogged about last month.
Last year’s champion, Ernie Els, seems ready to defend his title at Muirfield this year. Els won the BMW International Open by one shot for his 28th European title, closing with a 3-under 69 to finish at 18-under par for the tournament. Perhaps it was good luck for him to milk a cow before the tournament started – a fake cow of course!
