After Boo Weekley ended his 5-year victory drought at Colonial CC last week, the PGA tour moves to Muirfield Village GC in Dublin, OH! This week’s tournament is the Memorial tournament, or better known as Jack’s tournament! Last year’s winner was current number 1 player in the world, Tiger Woods and in anticipation of the 2013 Memorial Tournament, the PGA Tour takes a look at Tiger’s “Tools of the Trade,” which Tiger has used to win 4 of 7 tournaments so far this year in 2013!
Nike golf equipment has come a long way since Nike entered the golf industry and as stated in the video above, Nike’s current stock model for its clubs are very much identical to what’s in Tiger’s bag now. In the video below, the PGA Tour also flashes back to last year’s shot of the tournament, and perhaps the year, by none other than Tiger Woods! As tournament host, Jack Nicklaus said,”that was one of the most incredible golf shots you’ll ever see played. Unbelievable.” That was definitely a Tiger moment. Will we see another in this year’s Memorial Tournament? We can’t wait to find out!
