You’ve heard of Jamie Sadlowski before (if you haven’t, check out how he breaks the Golf Channel Simulator!), but have you heard of Ryan Winther? He is the 2012 World Long Drive Champion and currently holds the Guinness Record for Ball Speed at the Golf Pride Booth on the Range at 2013 PGA Merchandise Show Demo Days at 217 MPH. He’s even had Trackman readings at the Titleist Performance Institute of 226.7MPH, which is being processed for another official Guinness World Record.
Watch the video above as he shows you why he’s the 2012 World Long Drive Champion. It looks like a REALLY windy day too, but he is still able to get the ball out there about 420 yards! His swing is vicious!
