Funky golf carts are nothing new as there are plenty of companies that offer custom golf carts to their customers. However, we bet that nothing can compare to what Bubba Watson and Oakley unveiled the other day! In collaboration with Oakley, Bubba took out the BW1, a Hovercraft Golf Cart that’s designed by Indiana-based company, Neoteric Hovercraft. Aside from cruising over water hazards, the Hovercraft golf cart is sure to leave less of a footprint on the golf course as well! We wonder if we will be seeing these at our local golf course any time soon!
After cruising around in the BW1, Bubba was in New York on Tuesday to officially be welcomed on the Oakley team. The event was held on the rooftop of New York City’s Gansevoort Park Avenue hotel and with Bubba being the defending Masters’ champion, his outfits for the 2013 Masters were also revealed. What Bubba didn’t reveal however, was the menu for the traditional Champion’s dinner! A lot of custom equipment and fashion are being released as the 2013 Masters is less than two weeks away. We can’t wait!
