Dinosaurs and golf have seem to have more of a relationship this year! At the Australian PGA Championship, players would walk by a 26-foot mechanical T-Rex on their way from the 9th green to the 10th tee. This leads to our Course of the Week – Dinosaur Trail Golf & Country Club in Drumheller, Alberta. Drumheller is one of the most fossil rich areas in the world, so you’ll essentially be golfing in the “Footprints of Dinosaurs!” The front nine of the course features tree lined fairways in more of a parkland setting whereas the back nine is designed into the Canadian Badlands. It almost looks as if you’re golfing right in a fossil quarry! Dinosaur Trail Golf & Country Club is a par-72 golf course playing over 6400 yards.
