For the St. Patrick’s Day weekend, we featured Graeme McDowell’s lesson on how to pour a pint of Guinness at his restaurant, Nona Blue. In this video, watch McDowell take you on a complete tour of the restaurant, which is a “Modern Tavern Concept.” The menu will reflect some of McDowell’s North Irish heritage, with specialties such as mussels, traditional fish and chips and an “all day fry up” on the menu. American classics such as back ribs, New York strip steaks, creamed corn, grits, meatloaf, hot cider doughnuts and more will also be on the menu, but the title dish has got to be the “G-Mac and Cheese,” which is a combination of cold water lobster, smoked bacon and a three cheese blend!
