Recent versions of the Tiger Woods video game by EA Sports has featured the Ryder Cup as well as the Masters at Augusta National. In the 2014 version of the game, EA Sports continue to step up their game and announced an all-new game mode, Legends of the Majors!
In the new game mode, players will get an opportunity to travel back in time and relive golf’s history in challenging the legends of the game. It is not without a catch though as players will also be using the equipment and golf ball of the era that they choose to play in. The legendary players that are included in the game includes Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Seve Ballesteros, Ben Hogan, Bobby Jones, Gary Player, Sam Snead, Lee Trevino and of course, Tiger Woods. Aside from the Legends of the Majors mode, Tiger 14 will also feature the LPGA tour for the first time, which includes the major tournament, the Kraft Nabisco Championship. Nighttime golf will also be available and to prevent losing track of the ball, this game mode comes complete with an illuminated ball! Sounds like fun and we can’t wait to try it!
