Yesterday, we featured Sky Sports’ “My Special Day” with Paul Lawrie. We’re following the same theme in this post of golfers giving back – this was a few months ago, however, it’s still a great story of giving back. Rory McIlroy and the Make A Wish Foundation got together to grant 13 year old Tucker Dupont a wish.
Tucker was able to join McIlroy during this past year’s Memorial Tournament in Dublin, Ohio, where McIlroy spent some one-on-one time with him on the driving range. He also received a set of amazing gifts, as well as an inside the ropes VIP access during the tournament. He even got to meet the Golden Bear himself, Jack Nicklaus! It’s a great video and it’s great to see athletes giving back!
