Perhaps, a round of 59 may persuade you to vote for Tiger. He seems to think that a 59 is very possible at the CIMB Classic at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia this week. Tiger’s game looked sharp on Thursday as he shot 5-under 66 for his first round. But as he put it,”If the wind doesn’t blow and we get decent pins, where they don’t put them on spots where they’re tough to get at, guys could do it. You could conceivably see it. But it’s all dependent on the pin locations and the fact that it’s going to rain here just about every day, and we’re getting mud balls out there. But if everything works out in your favor, who knows?”
And despite not being mentioned in the same breath as Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods, 2010 CIMB Classic winner Ben Crane had a full police escort to the golf course today! No, he was not late for his tee time. Ben has his own theories as he posted it on twitter. We tend to think the Golf Boys probably has a bigger following in Malaysia than he thought!
