Ernie Els seemed to have turned back the hands of time during his win in the 2012 British Open but who knew he had a secret weapon in his bag! Callaway’s Chief Designer, Roger Cleveland, designed the new X Utility Prototype Iron for tour pros “who wanted to hit shots with higher launch angles and take on windy conditions.” These hollow forged constructed irons are not yet available to the public just yet as they are prepared to launch in December 2012, just in time for Christmas! The X Utility Prototype Irons will be available in 18°, 21° and 24° lofts.
