We are all familiar with the Nike+ platform that helps us track our athletic performance, whether it is running or more recently, our agility and jumping ability through the Nike Hyperdunk+ basketball shoes. It is quite the useful tool as the data is transferred seamlessly to the users’ smartphones or PCs.
On September 4, Nike obtained a patent that will allow data-collecting sensors to be added to its golf clubs. There are already many ways to analyze our golf games these days with the abundance of technology available to us and this will only add to the accuracy and speed of being custom fitted for the correct golf clubs. We are definitely looking forward to what they’ll do with the potential Nike+ Golf!
