Bubba Watson has been a partner of the Richard Mille brand since 2010 and has helped them to develop their golf-range of watches, namely the tourbillon RM038 Bubba Watson, the RM055 and most recently, the new RM38-01. We featured Bubba Watson and his $525,000 Richard Mille watch that he wears when he plays golf a couple of months ago. Ahead of The Masters though, Richard Mille developed a Masters edition tourbillon watch for Bubba Watson, which he wore to victory.
In the RM38-01 model, Richard Mille uses a G-sensor with a tourbillon mechanism which allows a golfer to see the accumulated motion of their swing in G’s. It will record the force generated by a golfer’s swing to give them new insights into their golf swing and more. And of course, you’ll be able to tell time with it too!
